As summer fades and the cooler fall air starts to roll in, it’s the perfect time to shift gears and start prepping your lawn and landscape for the next season. You’ve put in the work all summer with watering, mowing, and fertilizing. Now let’s finish strong.
Fall is the ideal time to give your lawn a boost with aeration and overseeding, ensuring it's healthy, thick, and ready to take on the months ahead. We’ve outlined these services below, along with a few other offerings to help you make the most of the season.
Lawn Aeration Service
Time to Breathe – Lawn Aeration Starts at $195
Core aeration relieves compacted soil and helps your lawn absorb water and nutrients more effectively. It’s a great way to strengthen your turf going into fall.
If you’re planning to seed, aim for September or early October for best results — otherwise, aeration can be done anytime through November.
As in years past, Creative Scapes will donate 10% of all aeration revenue to FAACT (The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Connection Team) — a cause close to our hearts.
Seeding helps revive tired lawns and leads to better germination results
Follow Up Aeration with Overseeding & Fertilizer
After aeration, we recommend overseeding and fertilizing to maximize the health and appearance of your lawn. Adding new seed helps revitalize tired grass, improves germination rates, and fills in bare or thinning areas. Fertilizer gives those new roots the nutrients they need to take off strong.

It’s that time of year — our crews are booking up quickly for fall cleanups! In just a few hours, we can transform your landscape and prep your beds for winter. Our fall cleanup service includes removing dead foliage from perennials, clearing out annuals and planters, weeding, trimming ornamental grasses and roses, and blowing out fallen leaves. We’ll also apply a pre-emergent treatment to help prevent winter weeds from sprouting in your beds.
