Ryan Miknius

Ryan has spent nearly 15 years in the green industry, starting on a maintenance crew and learning the business from the ground up. His passion for developing people and improving processes now drives his work in operations management at Creative Scapes, including leadership of the Snow and Ice Management division. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and spending time with his wife, Maria, and their daughters, Brooklyn and Summer.
