Seeding and Aeration Reminder
Hello from Creative Scapes!
While many are heading off for some well-deserved summer vacations, our team is gearing up for the next phase of the season. After a strong spring, we’re shifting into high gear to tackle the heat of July and August—and it’s never too early to start thinking about fall! Early to mid-fall is one of the best times to rejuvenate your lawn and landscape, and we’re here to make sure it’s looking its best.

Time to Breathe!
Core aeration relieves compacted soil and improves water and nutrient absorption. If you’re planning to overseed, schedule for September or early October. Aeration is recommended at least once a year—starting at just $215!
Giving Back:
Once again, Creative Scapes will donate 10% of all aeration service earnings to FAACT, a nonprofit supporting education and safety for those affected by food allergies and anaphylaxis.

Overseeding & Fertilizing
Following core aeration, overseeding and fertilizing are key steps in restoring and thickening your lawn. We use a high-quality turf-type tall fescue blend that performs great in Ohio’s climate—offering better disease resistance, durability, and color. Our starter fertilizer helps give the new seed a strong, healthy start. We’ll even leave you a small bag of extra seed for touch-up areas as needed.
