Aerating your lawn along with overseeding have many benefits for your lawn, including:
• Revitalizing the lawn: Putting down new seed means that new life will be brought to your lawn.
• More germination: There will be more growth throughout your lawn as the seeds take root and sprout new grass blades.
• Fuller grass: Seeding allows us to fill in any spaces in your lawn so that new grass can grow there.
For our overseeding, we use turf-type tall fescue seed, which is a dark green color and has a higher tolerance of different weather types, which is important for our Ohio climate. We also leave behind a small bag of seed for the customer to be able to put down extra seed on any problem areas.
